Directions: melt wax in wax warmer or microwave till it starts to become liquid. (do not over heat) 

Apply with a brush. wrap with warm towel or warming mitt. Leave on about 10 -20 minutes and remove towel and massage into skin. Any combination of treatment methood will work-parraffin bath warmer safe.
