Our Commitment At Organic Body Shop, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Products are manufactured in our Barrie, Ontario lab.
Final Sale — Hygiene & Safety Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, all sales are final sale for health and hygiene reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This is standard practice under Canadian consumer protection guidelines for cosmetic and personal care items.
Manufacturer Defects If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@organicbodyshop.ca.

We will review each case individually and, where a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations We start working on your order right away to get your organic goodies to you as fast as possible! If you change your mind, we are happy to help you cancel your order for a full refund or store credit.
We can not cancel orders that have been fulfilled or shipped.
Simply send us a quick email at info@organicbodyshop.ca within 24 hours of your purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.

Manufacturer Defects If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@organicbodyshop.ca with your order number and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
We will review each case individually and, where a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Unwanted Items — Returns We accept returns on unwanted, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@organicbodyshop.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@organicbodyshop.ca. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
