How to Use:

• Full Bath: Dissolve 2 cups in warm water and soak for 10 minutes, once a week. For added moisture, mix in ½ cup of olive oil or baby oil. Avoid soap during the soak.
• Foot Soak: Dissolve ½ cup in warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Follow with a moisturizer such as peppermint oil.
• Hand Soak: Dissolve ¼ cup in a bowl of warm water and soak for 10–15 minutes.
