 A home body treatment using a mask, scrub, and massage cream involves prepping the skin in a warm shower to open pores, applying and gently massaging a body scrub with circular motions, rinsing the scrub, and then applying a body mask or leaving it on as long as desired. Finally, rinse off the mask, pat the skin slightly damp, and apply a massage cream or body lotion to lock in moisture. Our Warm spice body massage cream wil give you a warm tingle feeling. Making you feel refreshed and hydrated.

To use:

• Warm Shower: Begin by taking a warm shower or bath to soften your skin and open your pores. Avoid overly hot water, which can strip natural oils.
• Apply Scrub: While your skin is still damp, take a small amount of your body scrub and apply it with your fingertips. 
• Gentle Circular Motions: Gently massage the scrub onto your skin using small, circular motions, working your way from your feet upwards towards your heart to improve circulation. Rinse the scrub off thoroughly with lukewarm water. 
• Apply the body mask over your skin, covering all areas. Allow the mask to sit for the recommended time, or as directed on the product. About 4-8 minutes. The mask will dry and appear lighter and you will feel the cool mint as it increases blood flow to the skin surface. After the mask has set, rinse it off in a warm shower. 
• Gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp.
• Apply Massage cream, while skin is still damp. To lock in moisture and keep your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
