Aromatherapy and diffusing helps to calm mood & nerves. 

 With its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it can help reduce swelling and skin irritation. When blended with oils like Chamomile, Frankincense, and Lavender, it creates a refreshing and calming aroma. While widely used for its ability to promote calmness and relieve stress through aromatherapy, it is not recommended for use around pets.

However, traditionally it has been used to improve mood and cognitive function with its pleasing scent.

A member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic). Even before the Middle Ages, lemon balm was steeped in wine to lift spirits, help heal wounds, and treat venomous insect bites and stings.

Dilute with 50% carrier oil for topical use.Carefully extracted from the leaves and stems of the lemon balm plant, this wildcrafted oil is a natural source of flavonoids and rosmarinic acid, which act as antioxidants for the skin.

Use topically with a carrier oil, but avoid during pregnancy.
