melt in a wax warmer or microwave till it starts to become liquid. (do not overheat)  Apply with a brush. wrap with a warm towel or warming mitt. Leave on about 10 -20 minutes and remove towel and massage into skin. Any combination of treatment method will work-paraffin bath warmer safe.
