SPF 20 means: Lotion-based sunscreen blocks UVB/UVA rays, meaning it will take your skin about 20 times longer to burn than it would without protection. 

Apply generously by hand, covering all exposed areas, including neck, shoulders, and ears. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 30-60 minutes, depending on exposure. For external use only. Store at room temperature.
